Arkane Lyon has announced that its time-looping FPS, Deathloop, has been delayed to September 14 from its original release date of May 21. This marks another major blow for the spring and summer release seasons, delaying one of this quarter's biggest PS5 exclusives.

Modern Warzone has reported that Sledgehammer Games is at work on 2021's Call of Duty, which known Call of Duty insider VictorZ shared will return to World War 2. Eurogamer's sources have confirmed this claim. However, Modern Warzone previously reported that the game would at least partially take place in the 1950s, leading to speculation of the game featuring an alternate timeline where the war didn't end in 1945. That claim is pure speculation and has not been confirmed.
