Have you ever met people who are FLAKY? People who fail to consistently honor their word do so because it wasn't modeled by their moms and the people around them growing up.

When a mom says they're going to dole out certain punishments/consequences but don't follow through with them, the child starts to think that sometimes there are consequences and sometimes there aren't.

This conditioning will have a ripple impact on their future careers, their marriages and relationships someday, their leadership roles, etc.

The skill of being able to honor our word is so CRITICAL.

How resilient are you as a woman?

Resilience, as we define it in The Woman School, is our ability to bounce back regardless of external circumstances that are going on in our day-to-day busy lives.

Resilience is something that we have to build with every experience, it's something that we acquire as a skill set. It's a compounding skill.

What we need to do is raise strong children who are going to become strong adults who are going to become strong leaders.

Why do Christian women fall into the temptation of judging people who do not share their beliefs and assuming all the worst things about them?

I think that we, as women, should hold ourselves accountable for separating the act and being charitable towards the other person because we don't know what's in the hearts of men and women. Some people have not been privileged with information that would allow them to seek deeper truth.

As Christian women, how do you think we can live our faith and be witnesses in pursuing a life of excellence? How do we hold ourselves and others to a level of standard in conversations where we may have opposing views?
