Nhưng, bạn vẫn cứ đi tiếp, cứ sống với con tim nhiệt huyết này, đi chậm cũng được, miễn là bạn không bao giờ dừng lại. Tất cả mọi thứ xung quanh đều rất cố gắng yêu thương bạn mỗi ngày, vì vậy hãy trân trọng sự tồn tại này, dù là không vĩnh cửu.

To all the bullies out there, I want to say this: I forgive you.

To everyone listening, I want you to know that there is hope. No matter how dark things may seem, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. You are not defined by the words and actions of others. You are strong, resilient, and capable of great things. Don't let the bullies win. Rise above it all and become the person you were meant to be.

It's a heavy feeling, isn't it? When you look around and see others achieving great things, making progress in their lives, and seemingly happy, you feel stuck and stagnant. It's easy to fall into the trap of comparing yourself to others and thinking that you're not measuring up. It's easy for you to feel like a failure.

Trauma. This podcast is going to be negative. But again, there will be a light at the end of the tunnel. You will always find yourself standing there.

"We start out believing that kindness is an asset, but as we grow older, we begin to realize that not everyone sees it that way. Some people may take our kindness for granted, or even exploit it for their own benefit.

This can be a painful realization. It's difficult to accept that the very thing that we believed made us a good person is not always valued by others. It can be confusing and disorienting, and we may feel lost and unsure of ourselves."

"Those were the times when I felt utterly alone, as if nobody could possibly understand the depths of my pain. I would lie in bed for hours on end, tears streaming down my face, wondering how I could ever find my way back to the light."

The podcast today is dedicated to people who's been following me along the journey.

"We can honor the people who have left us and keep their memory alive, while also finding new connections and opportunities in the world around us. Life may be unpredictable and difficult at times, but we have the strength and resilience to face it head on. And no matter what happens, we can continue on, knowing that we are never truly alone."

The inspiration of this podcast comes from one of my followers who shared to me today that he used to suffer from depression and he listened to my podcast daily to change himself. This story touched me a lot. So I decided to record this podcast episode for him.

It can feel like you're drowning in a sea of darkness, and there's no way out. But I want you to know that you're not alone. You're not the only one who has felt this way. And there is hope."
