- The Bible Commands Modesty Part 1118 That’s the way it’s coming to you some morning, sinner. That’s the way it’s coming to you, backslider. That’s the way it’s coming to you that’s grieved the Holy Spirit away from them, not be gentle and tender anymore. You haven’t cried for years. You haven’t blushed, for I don’t know when. All modesty is gone from you. Sure. But it’s going to come to your door one of these mornings. And as the gentle Holy Spirit comes and knocks, why don’t you just let Him in?56-0805 - "The Church And Its Condition"Rev. 36 min - Church History Ancient Turkiye130 Spiritual Eve, now, that’s the church, Christ’s bride. She fell, not in Eden, but in Rome, see, at the Nicaea Council, when she rejected, that Pentecostal church, that went down to Nicaea, and listening to Roman’s reasoning, instead of holding onto the Word, she fell. And everything away from her, died with her, around her. Now, just as natural Eve fell, spiritual Eve fell. God’s bride fell—fell in the garden; Christ’s Bride fell in Rome. 31 min - Spiritual Gifts In The Bride Part 454 Oh, please, church, have faith, just a little while. See. You must come under teaching. You say, “I don’t need no one to teach me after the Holy Ghost is come.” My friends, that—that gives me just a little room to doubt whether you’ve really got it, or not, then. See? See? The way you’re acting with it. See? See, the thing you’re doing. Now, why, if there is no…if the Bible says the Holy Spirit is the teacher, why did the Holy Spirit put teachers in the church then, to set the church in order, the same Holy Spirit? Sure. We don’t need any seminaries to go around, a big bunch of men to look out, these things: the Holy Spirit is a teacher. See? It’s a teacher, and It gives some fellow a gift of teaching, then you must be subject to that gift.54-0516 - "Questions And Answers (Law Having A Shadow)"Rev. 36 min - Spiritual Gifts In The Bride Part 3We are going to look more closely at the various spiritual gifts and how they operate. 11 Now, as a preacher, I’m not very much of a preacher. But the Lord has given a gift, a Divine gift. Which in the Scriptures we’re taught that gifts and callings are without repentance. That’s church gifts, not the church, the gifts in the local church which we’re to pray for, like First Corinthians 12. But there’s five ministering gifts which are—are the foreknowledge of God. And the first of those are apostles, prophets, teachers, evangelists, and pastors. Those are God sent gifts to the church.Apostles or missionaries…We call them “missionary” today. In the early day they called them “apostle.” Now, anyone knows—knows that the word “apostle” means “one sent.” And the word “missionary” means “one sent.” So it’s both the same thing. Missionaries, prophets, teachers, evangelists, pastors. Then in every local church there’s nine spiritual gifts should be operating in that church, if they’re a good praying congregation. And then the pastor who should be the head of the church with the wisdom of God to have that church set in order so no fanaticism, no nothing takes place wrong, just everything proven purely the Spirit of the Holy Ghost working among the people, then you got a real church that’s an example church to all the regions around about. It’s like a—a hive where the bees come, a lovely church. And I pray that God will bless each one of these men here and give them, if they haven’t already got it, that type of church at the ending of the service. God bless you.58-0223 - "Jesus Christ The Same Yesterday, Today, And Forever"Rev. 38 min - Spiritual Gifts In The Bride Part 2And the same Holy Ghost that fell on the day of Pentecost (which we all know that that was the birth of the new church), if that same Holy Spirit don’t bring the same experience to you, then you got a different Holy Spirit than what that was. Exactly right. If it don’t make you live a sacrificial life, and a life full of joy and pleasure, and the baptism of the Spirit leading you into signs and wonders and miracles and things, there’s something happened. Jesus said, “These signs shall follow them that believe.”60-0610 - "The Rejected King"Rev. William Marrion BranhamThe Bible shows us that spiritual gifts are to all ages of the church. About The Jason DeMars Podcast
From the publisher's feed
The purpose of the Jason DeMars Podcast is to reveal the hidden mysteries of the Bible as uncovered through the ministry of Malachi 4 fulfilled in the life of William Branham. This…
incredible ministry restored the true church to the original doctrine of the apostles. After this ministry, we are told that another ministry will rise. It will not be a one-man ministry but instead will be a five-fold ministry in a many-membered body. "These men, if they pick up This and goes out with It, they can make more sense to It, see, to bring It to a place you would. I just want to lay this Seed, then hope they make It come to Life." He speaks of the teaching ministry in this way, "Only one Thing to lead us, that’s the Holy Spirit. And we believe that the Holy Spirit leads through our leaders. If God set a—a…Holy Spirit set a teacher in the church, then if the Holy Spirit wants the church to know something, He’ll speak through the teacher. For the Holy Spirit…That’s what the teacher is ordained to do. Is that right? It’s ordained. That gift is in the church as a teacher and we should all listen to it until that gift goes to proving something that isn’t right in the Bible, then we have a right to question it." I take the Bible as my Absolute, and my purpose is to show the reality of the end-time message through its pages. We will take what has been revealed and apply it back to the Bible and our present time. This podcast is designed for the purpose to help you increase your revelation of the Word and, in so doing, cause you to grow in your walk with Christ because we are living in the hour that the Bride of Christ is coming to full maturity in a fully manifested Word.
