Today we have our first question and answer episode.  I really appreciate those of you that submitted questions that allow us to talk about things that have never been talked about on the podcast.  Hope you enjoy!!

Today Jay talks about an accomplishment that took place during an Albert Pujols at bat many people may not have heard about.  He moves on to talk about how much football was missed, an absurd proposal the ACC basketball coaches put together, and why he's thankful Dak Prescott talked about his mental health issues.

Today is joined by Garrett Grandy.  It's been a while since Jay & Garrett have got together to chop it up and that's very evident from the beginning of their conversation.  Garrett isn't here to only talk about hockey, which he does at the beginning of their time together, but to help everyone get ready for the NFL season.

Today Jay is joined by another athlete and he has to give props to his dad for helping him set this up.  Darrell "Flash" Gordon, former linebacker at The University of Notre Dame is today's guest.  Jay & Darrell talk about Darrell's playing career and a few things he's been doing after his playing days were over.

Football is back!! And that's exactly what Jay opens the show talking about. From there he moves to talk about the boycott that took place in the NBA, news that big ten officials won't like, and if players will opt out of an entire season down the road to get ready for the NFL.
