So I went to this networking event and I met Joel Zeff and I just became obsessed with him. I went to YouTube and I started looking at all his videos and he is one of the most entertaining speakers I have ever met.

We are all still mourning the loss of the victims in the Allen shooting. And before that, it Uvalde. Frankly, it's every single week that we're hearing about another national tragedy.
