The restaurant industry changes by the day. I remember during COVID-19, when everybody suddenly had to become virtual and ensure they could serve their customers even when they couldn't physically see them. Somebody who knows about the changing nature of the restaurant industry is my next guest, Sherif Mityas, the CEO of BRIX Holdings.

As you may know, I have a son named Dallas Crilley, who is about to be 32 years old. He wrote a book when he was 14, and every time I tell people about it, they are blown away. When I graduated from Michigan State in the 80s, they didn't have an entrepreneurship class. I think the message was, go get a job in corporate America, keep your nose clean, and don't get fired.
