Bill Barr has announced that he has formed a task force that will investigate prison misconduct by employees and guards.

The department of corrections has faced heavy criticism in the wake of Epstein's death while in their custody and more recently for a gun that was smuggled into the facility.

Barr says that he doesn't believe it's a systemic problem but the evidence certainly appears to be against him.

Ghislaine Maxwell is suing Epstein's estate for legal fees to defend her from allegations of being part of not only the day to day operations but also as a co-conspirator.

This latest move by Maxwell is another slap in the face to the survivors or Epstein's abuse. Her lawsuit was filed in the Virgin Islands on Friday.

The Wexners and Glenn Dubin have been under intense scrutiny for their cozy ties to Epstein and have both experienced significant fallout in the wake of Epstein's second arrest and then eventual death.

Dubin left his role as CEO a couple of months ago and Wexner was forced put recently as L. Brands was sold.

This latest news is just another domino to fall as the Epstein case moves forward.
