As the feds make their case that the guards neglect makes them the ones responsible for Epstein alleged suicide, more questions are raised. Attorney General Barr has said he a has seen footage of the night in question but last we heard BOTH cameras aimed at Epstein's cell "malfunctioned" and were sent to Quantico for further analysis, according to authorities.

So...what footage did Barr watch? Are these guards just scapegoats?
