The legacy media has decided to have selective amnesia in the wake of Berman getting fired apparently.

All of the reports seem to forget that Berman was also investigating Jeffrey Epstein as they fall over themselves to score political points.

Geoffrey Berman is officially out at the SDNY.

After initially stating he planned to stay at his post until July 3rd, he released a statement today saying he planned to leave immediately after the President effectively fired him at the request of Attorney General Barr.

The question is...

Where does that leave the investigation?

In a stunning move, Bill Barr announced late last night that Attorney General Geoffrey Berman was stepping down...

There was a slight problem with this statement however...and...

That problem was Berman saying no such thing has occurred and that he has no plans of stepping down.

With the counter narratives it would seem that a legal fight between the DOJ and Berman is on the horizon.

A hearing has been scheduled for June 20th by Judge Loretta Preska in the civil portion of the Virginia Roberts vs Maxwell/Dershowitz.

Judge Preska will decide which documents will be unsealed and which ones will stay hidden under the seal.

The slow gears of justice continue to turn in the Epstein case.

Alan Dershowitz is now attempting to gain access to discovery in the Annie Farmer v Maxwell civil case in hopes that the information found within will prove relevant to his on going legal battle with Virginia Roberts.

Of course the lawyers for Maxwell have attempted to slow things down, even using the Covid-19 pandemic as an excuse as to why the case can't move forward.
