We're joined by Medical Director of IVI London Dr. Cesar Diaz-Garcia MD PhD Assoc Prof to talk about the impact of Covid-19 on fertility, the AMH and menstrual cycles.
We quiz Dr. Diaz-Garcia on the AMH test and why there's often a discrepancy in results between clinics that confuses us all, to how you can improve your AMH and what you might be doing to damage it.
We cover Covid and its impact on the AMH, as well as the vaccine and what it's doing to menstrual cycles and fertility in general.
We ask about fertility treatment in relation to having a vaccine and when it might be best to wait.

This week we welcome 41-year-old Natalie to the show who shares her extraordinary journey on her quest to become a mother.
After her long-term relationship broke down when Natalie was 35, she decided to go it alone and embark on becoming a mother using a sperm donor. A year into her journey, Natalie became sick with a neurological illness that left her unable to walk, and her quest for a child was put on hold as she refocused her efforts on learning to walk again.
Follow Natalie's journey to the present day and find out where she's at now, as we discuss how she chose her sperm donor to dealing with the traumatic experience of recent missed miscarriage.

We welcome couple Catherine and Paul to the show to talk about their IVF journey which dates back to 2011.
From an initial diagnosis of PCOS and a course of Clomid to a failed HSG due to a tight cervix, Catherine and Paul go private to find out what's going on. Previous treatment for precancerous cells had caused scarring and with one blocked fallopian tube, IVF was advised as the way forward together with a range of procedures including an endometrial scratch and another to attempt to stretch her tight cervix to be able to transfer any viable embryos.
After four failed IVF attempts, we find out how their tumultuous journey ended in travelling abroad to seek out an egg donor.
Jellie are back with a whole new mix of conundrums this month, including an A&E trip, embarrassing diagnosis and a cycle that used to be so regular, now in complete disarray. With just six weeks to go until their planned frozen cycle, can they get back on track?
Practicing Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and founder of The Maternity Collective Dr Ellie Rayner joins the show to talk about TTC, preliminary fertility tests and how to optimise your health to conceive naturally, or be in a position to push forward with fertility treatment should the time come.
We talk about everything from how best to track your cycle, the different gadgets on the market, important lifestyle changes and what happens in that first GP appointment. From semen analysis to imaging tests and more, this episode is to help you prepare for what's next.

Our very first guest Kate joins the show to talk about secondary infertility and hers and her husband's journey for a second child in her early 40's.
Kate thought all of her dreams of another child had been shattered by the start of the big M but then someone mentioned egg donors and a week's holiday abroad and off they went, on their quest to make it happen.
If you'd like to ask Kate a question, please DM us or email [email protected] and we'll put you in touch.
Jamie and Ellie aka 'Jellie' release their first episode of the JelliePod.
A podcast about infertility, TTC and IVF/ICSI, the guys start by explaining the purpose of the podcast, where they're at with their journey (yes, there is news!) and how they look forward to welcoming guests on the show to share their own stories.
Yes, there's laughter, yes, there's inappropriate chat, and yes, we can't wait to record the next one.
