There is one truly passive form of investing in real estate and most people have never heard of it.

It is called secured private lending.

The interesting part about this type of real estate investing is that the largest banks in our country use this model all the time!

To be a good stock trader you have to spend a good amount of time to make sure you do not lose money.

There are alternatives to the stock market and Wall Street that most people are not aware of.
