The Conclusion: The interest of “the people” is not well-served in the “forgiveness” process as originally intended, especially the interest of Black people who have supported Democratic Presidents, who could have pardoned thousands of citizens who need full restoration. Over 70 million debt-paid people remain in punishment and judgement.
