Jesus - The Mind of Christ: Living with Humility (Philippians 2:1–11)

What does it really mean to think like Jesus?

In this episode of The Jesus Effect, we continue our journey through the book of Philippians and discover that when Christ is at the center of our lives… His heart begins to shape the way we live.

In Philippians 2, the Apostle Paul calls us to a life marked by unity, humility, and selfless love—and then points us to the ultimate example: Jesus Himself.

Though He was fully God, He chose to humble Himself…
to serve…
and ultimately to give His life on the cross.

But the story doesn’t end there.

The One who humbled Himself to the lowest place
has been exalted to the highest.

And one day every knee will bow
and every tongue will confess
that Jesus Christ is Lord.

This passage leaves us with a powerful question:

Are we living with the mindset of the world…
or with the mind of Christ?

Because when we begin to think like Christ, everything starts to change—our attitude, our relationships, and our purpose.

Jesus — He Is Risen (Easter)

The cross was not the end of the story.

In this Easter episode of The Jesus Effect, we celebrate the truth that changes everything — Jesus is alive.

In Matthew 28:5–6, the angel declares, “He is not here, for He has risen, as He said.”

The Jesus Effect — It Is Finished (Good Friday)

On Good Friday, we pause to remember the cross.

In this episode of The Jesus Effect, we reflect on the powerful words of Jesus in John 19:30 — “It is finished.”

Not a statement of defeat… but a declaration of victory.

On the cross, Jesus paid the price for our sin, carried our guilt and shame, and made a way for us to be reconciled to God. The work was complete. The debt was paid.
