This episode was a trio of Marco, M-Eezi, and Ms. Nessa.  This episode was full of laughs from M-Eezi's trip to Brooklyn, NY to the ultimate get out of jail free card known as the "I Still Beat".  Nessa touched a sensitive subject about couples coexisting on social media.  It wouldn't be us if we didn't mention HBO's Insecure.

This episode we switched it up because we had the honor and privilege to chop it up with Jotham Ndugga-Kabuye (entrepreneur/writer/sneaker enthusiast) better known as Jotham Kitara.  The multi-hyphenate shares his upbringing in Escondido, CA while being the middle child of 9 siblings as a first generation Ugandan. Along with his credentials, he received degrees from UCSD (BS) and SDSU (MBA) respectively; he worked in the fashion industry with the likes of Crooks N Castles in Los Angeles, CA and made his transition to the tech industry in the Silicon Valley working at Oracle as the Creative Manager, Global Social Media. After a week off, the crew is back together to for another episode.  M-Eezi and K-Mart kicked the show off sharing what went down on geek week (San Diego Comic-Con).  They discussed their favorite trailers and other things geek related.   Marco kicks off the Nothing Is Safe segment about the tragic murdering of Nia Wilson.  Also, pointing out how the mainstream media continues to humanize the people who continue to do these heinous acts. In this week's episode, Marco will be hiking trails and eating a bunch of vegan food in Portland by the time you'll hear this.  We kick off the episode sharing our excitement for geek week better known as San Diego Comic Con. In the Nothing Is Safe segment Marco talks about an article that was on the New York Post regarding loneliness killing you faster than obesity.  The segment spiraled into basically a healthy conversation about weight loss.   After that, Nessa's NSA is about The 50 Best Bonding Activities for Married Couples. We're pretty sure that it can apply to relationships, situationships, and anything else in between.  Our Rapid Fire Topics: Charlamagne alleged sexual assault case. This week's episode was more laid back and chill despite the heat we endured.  We had the pleasure of the homie Dan a.k.a. Jamal.  What can we say about this episode?  Gems were dropped, the game was given, stories told, and a lot commentary.

It's been a long time since it was just Marco and M-Eezi holding down the fort while Nessa is out of town, and K-Mart is working his 9 to 5.  We kicked with M-Eezi's praise of the new horror classic Hereditary.  Marco shares his thoughts on why The Ghostface Killer (Scream Franchise) is the weakest character in the horror genre.   After that, The Nothing Is Safe segment is filled with tragic events from the shooting in College Area (San Diego), the brutal stabbing in the Bronx, and the passing of XXXTentacion.   It gets lighter as we talk about the slap heard around the world.  Along with some discussion on music, sports, and white paranoia striking the Bay Area (once again).  Tune in and enjoy!
