The JimJam welcomes Will Graham, a resident of Olympia sine the 1973. Will has had an extraordinary life beginning  with his upbringing in what was the Panama Canal Zone. Will shares his adventures in his life and what he has been doing in retirement. Specifically, Will shares his challenges stemming from the  loss of his wife, Denise, in retirement, and how he navigated the changes that occur when such a life event happens. Loss of a spouse is something most of us will experience and we feel Will sharing his experience can provide insight for all of us. We are grateful for Will and his openness with his struggles and eventual happy transition to a new life. 

The JimJam is honored to sit down with former Seattle Seahawk Mack Strong. Mack has been voted one of the top 50 players in Seattle Seahawk history in celebration of their 50 years as a member of the National Football League. You will hear Mack talk about growing up in Columbus, Georgia, his time at the University of Georgia, his career as a 15 year veteran of the Seattle Seahawks, and his post football life. Mack has a very rich and satisfying life and we are fortunate to be able to hear about it. Enjoy!

Bob Weilbaecher grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana. He studied medicine and completed his residency at John Hopkins University. He then joined the faculty at LSU Medical School and worked as a  oncologist for many years and then entered private practice. He has been retired for 25 years. Bob has an incredible knowledge base, not only in science, but also in art and music. He is the prime example of a lifelong learner. Please enjoy our conversation with Bob. He is truly inspiring .

Greg is best known for broadcasting Gonzaga Bulldogs basketball, producing and hosting the television series "Life on the Fly" on Discovery Channel, and producing and hosting The Iditarod dog sled race. We are honored to spend some time with former Senator Alan Simpson on Wyoming. Senator Simpson was a member of the United States Senate from 1979 to 1997 and served as the majority whip from 1985 to 1987 and the minority whip from 1987 to 1995. When he left office, he ad his wife Ann spent 4 years in Boston where Senator Simpson was a visiting professor at Harvard and was also on the board of directors for Amgen. Senator Simpson has had quite a life as you will here in this interview. Listen for some of the historical figures he has befriended over his 93 years. We had a great time talking with Senator and Mrs Simpson. 

The JimJam road trip continues with a visit to Cody, Wyoming, where we visit with Ann Simpson, wife of former Senator Alan Simpson, Ann shares stories about her time growing up in Greybull Wyoming, how she met Senator Simpson, and their 70 year marriage. At 92, Ann has had an amazing life and we are fortunate to hear from this amazing lady. 

The JimJam hits the road and travels to Sheridan, Wyoming to interview Julie and Dave Huebner of The Two Tracks, creators of our unofficial theme song "Beautiful." We spend our time talking about their amazing music, their philosophy on success for their band, and a host of other subjects.
