On this episode we follow Jess on her journey as we delve into her history. We talk about her ancestors and thank her as she shares her family her journey and her history. FND does take away so much from us. Finding out where you came from especially rediscovery can be surprising and getting back some of who you are.  Jess does talk about her ancestors including Uncle Jack Charles and aboriginal ancestors she pays respect for the custodians of the land and there is mention of deceased aboriginal people and members.

FND Action is a patient-led charity who offer a caring and supporting hand to people living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) in the UK.

By bringing people together on a regular basis, this helps alleviate the isolation that many FND patients feel.
