Azra Ladora – The Mama of Empowerment

Azra is a Meditation & Wellness Mentor and a single mother of two boys, one of whom is on the spectrum of Autism. Whilst this has been a major challenge, his diagnosis was the catalyst for her exploration into the world of holistic health and reclaiming herself to transform her life.

During the process she awakened to the truth that she needed to take care of herself FIRST to regain her power, energy, and resilience. n… and so the quest for transformation started. She studied and trained in these fields. 

By applying yoga, meditation, mindfulness, Ayurvedic and raw nutrition practices and principles in simple, fun, and intuitive ways she saw profound improvements in her own life which led her to do the same for her children.
