Tim Castro was a cop who worked in Boston for more than 22 years. He started out working a foot patrol in the downtown section, during the swing shift from 3 p.m. until 11 p.m. this was a very busy shift. And it included a lot of petty crimes, such as pickpockets, and stores, thieves, and other such things.
