Joe Gawalis is an award winning filmmaker and an Owner of I.D.C. Entertainment a full service production company

Jody Mortara is an actress, writer and producer in tv and film. And up until her film “Cocoa”, her focus as a producer was to create tv content to uplift the viewer culminating with a show she is very proud of called, “Needs to Bake” featuring four neuro diverse musicians. After filming that series, Jody was led to write her first screen play called “Cocoa”. This family friendly comedy featuring two sisters and a host of zany characters, had a life of its’ own. Jody was able to secure funding as well as a great producing partner to bring what Jody felt was a wonderful escape from a troubled country. Americans needed to laugh again. Not only did she get to star in this zany film, but also co-direct. “Cocoa” brings her audience into the frantic world of two at odds sisters as they navigate their way through 24 hours of chaos to arrive with a chocolate cake that makes you lose weight and a restored love for each other
