On the Thursday show, we begin with the coaching carousel starting to spin in men’s college basketball. Joe has a problem with the verbiage the media is presenting about Jim Boeheim’s departure from Syracuse. Was he fired? Did he retire on his own? Things are murky there. What isn’t murky is Patrick Ewing was let go by his alma mater Georgetown, which was not a surprise. Then we talk NFL, as the Jets believe they can get Aaron Rodgers to come to the Meadowlands. Danny Dimes got paid a ridiculous amount of money as well, and Joe thinks he was overpaid by about $10 million. Joe turns into the curmudgeon as he talks about what he hates about Daylight Saving Time, and it’s guaranteed to be two thigs that you never thought of. Then Joe talks about a conversation he had on Twitter today that led to a FOMO-like situation about wanting to go to a college basketball game in Atlantic City this weekend, but hates that the game starts so late. Joe was asked about Ja Morant’s situation in Colorado, and he basically reviews what he thinks about the whole situation now that Colorado police won’t charge him with a crime, though the NBA could still suspend him. Then Joe talks about the Shawn Kemp drive by shooting in suburban Seattle. And in less serious news, Kevin Durant sprained his ankle last night in warmups and is out a few weeks. Then Joe veers off from the sports world talking about an incident that occurred on Southwest Airlines where a fight took place and brings it back to Ja Morant’s gun story. On the Tuesday show, Joe again forgot to unmute his mic, but it was only for a few seconds this time. Progress anyone? Anyways, Joe begins with some story time that substantiates Joe’s trend of forgetting things. Then we get to the good stuff. Some NFL news broke during the afternoon. The Ravens gave Lamar Jackson the nonexclusive franchise tag, the Giants signed Danny Dimes to a 4 year contract and tagged Sequon Barkley and Aaron Rodgers will be meeting with the Jets in California.

Then Joe has his take (pun intended) on Giannis losing a triple double thanks to the NBA reviewing the game from Sunday night. A quarterback gets released by the XFL for giving plays to the other teams. Also, Ja Morant is in trouble, and could be out for a while.

Finally, in the Stupid S--- Joe Saw, an AHL goalie gets what Joe calls the “Ron Hextall Hat Trick”. Even Ron Hextall didn’t do this in his heyday!

Finally, Joe has some Stuipd S--- he saw, as horses at Tampa Bay Downs had to avoid an alligator on the track!
