The Johari window concept was developed by psychologists Joseph Luft (1916–2014) and Harrington Ingham (1916–1995). It is an excellent way to understand that we need others to learn about ourselves. It lays the foundation for the importance of feedback, vulnerability, coaching, and curiosity.
