Today we had an unencumbered-by-guests edition of The John DeBella Show; it was pretty much just us 3 stooges talking about silly news stories for all three hours. Dave and Steve were coming off a comp'd round of golf at Torresdale, thanks to a listener. Today we kicked things off by talking drummers, then later talked TO a drummer... Carl Palmer of ELP and Asia! We had a little economics lesson with a $10 timeline, mused about groupies, covers and Millennials making the world a better place. Then Steve told us how something happened that made him seem guilty in his wife's eyes, so we hit the phones to hear how others were falsely accused!

He has been the drummer for everyone from Atomic Rooster to Asia and of course, Emerson Lake & Palmer, and we chatted with Carl Palmer this morning! He's excited to be on tour, and will be performing at The Sellersville Theatre tomorrow night. He's the "biggest name in comedy" and actually a fairly big guy in real life. We got to finally meet Costaki Economopoulos this morning, after many interviews with the "Quick Snaps" comic! He's performing at the Hard Rock in A.C. this week, but ducked in-studio this morning and told us about being the parent of a 3 month old and his take on the weekend's NFL action. Check him out!

This morning we had our normal Friday comedian in-studio, only Sam Tripoli brought along his "Watson" as it were, jiu-jitsu master Eddie Bravo as well! Comedian Gary Gulman's 6' 6" frame once again entered our studio this morning! He revealed he's from Boston, but strangely had nothing but good things to say about our Super Bowl victory. Gary also told us about growing up a poor Jew, having zero potential as a hockey player, the kidnapping scare in the 80s, and growing up in public school in the 70s when hydration was not a big issue yet.
