Why? Thomann says Fender's recent cease-and-desist campaign isn't just affecting one company—it's threatening the future of innovation, competition, and diversity across the entire guitar industry.

Thomann CEO Hans Thomann says the company is taking a stand not only for itself, but for smaller builders and manufacturers who may not have the resources to fight back. The retailer specifically mentions respected brands such as Suhr, Tom Anderson, Tyler, PRS, LsL, Maybach, Pensa, and FGN as companies that could be impacted by Fender's legal actions.

The next day, Templeman heard it and declared, "That's great!"
