BC's Police Watchdog is probing an incident at a Vancouver McDonald's not far from the Commercial-Broadway SkyTrain station.  It involves a man who is said by police to have set himself on fire.  The Independent Investigations Office tweeting early this morning it plans to release more details "in due course."
