The power is finally back on for the nearly 8000 residents of Queensborough, over 27 hours after an electrical fire under the Queensborough Bridge.

President Trump plans to make a major address today on the country's deadly opioid epidemic, but the speech will not include a promised declaration. After pledging to formally label the epidemic a national emergency, he is reportedly scaling back. CBS' Major Garrett reports.
