Staying at Level in April would cost $170 per night if your stay was longer than a month -- or about 51-hundred dollars.  A short term stay is $60-dollars a day more expensive.  City of Vancouver Director of Licensing Kathryn Holm says she has spoken directly with Onni, and that they understand what their license and zoning allows.
