A CDC committee will convene this week and likely vote Thursday to deliver permanent legal indemnity to Pfizer and Moderna, through the process of adding the drug companies’ mRNA injections to the child and adolescent immunization schedules.

By adding the shots to the childhood schedule, the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) will transfer liability for vaccine injuries to the federal government’s National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), allowing for Pfizer and Moderna to finally bring an FDA approved shot to the market without opening itself up to lawsuits.

Moreover, it will act as another windfall for companies that have already brought in hundreds of billions of dollars in revenues, by requiring these vaccinations for children who attend public schools.

Elon Musk got in hot water again on Twitter—for proposing peace. On Monday, Musk proposed a peace deal to end the war in Ukraine, for which he was denounced as a pro-Putin puppet by the Twitter mob that has formed to police the discourse on all things related to Ukraine.

What makes the "I stand with Ukraine" version of the Twitter mob unique is that it brings together two forces that used to be sworn enemies of one another — the woke Left and the neoconservative Right. It turns out they share many of the same loathsome ideological and personality traits, and have a similar "slash and burn" approach to political engagement.

It's a new political marriage.

The corruption we have seen between Big Pharma and The FDA has made it clear that we need different solutions. Regulatory Harmonization is the single most important technological problem to solve. Let's start with investigative journalism on the American regulatory state and build from there.

We need to find a way to hold regulators accountable and incentive journalists to expose regulatory corruption. The current system puts Big Pharma & The FDA on the same team, which doesn't work for society (and the past few years has made that quite clear). So, instead of simply covering the ridiculousness going on in the world everyday we are going to start brainstorming new ways of doing things. Better ways of doing things. For society to thrive, we must build new regulatory bodies for the people, of the people, and by the people.
