This week on The Cold Coffee & Cotton Stems Blog I am honored to have special guest Amy Blair from the blog North Fourth Street chatting with me about "Sunday Night Syndrome" (it is really a thing) and I thought I was the only one who struggled with this.

I also chat with Amy about listening to your body and getting to know why you feel the way you do and if it is a hormonal imbalance or mental health issues that you're dealing with.

I also chat about thriving in uncomfortable seasons and using those times to stretch your faith. The disciples oftentimes left jobs, families and their usual day-to-day to follow Jesus. I want to say, "YES" to Jesus without hesitation when He calls me to follow Him and take a new path.
