My name is Eric Howard and I have become a huge fan of Japanese women’s professional wrestling.
I have made a few trips to Japan and each time I went, the Joshi shows blew me away.
I have seen Stardom, Tokyo Joshi Pro, Seadlinnng, Wave and Gatoh Move live in Japan. I love me some Gatoh move. Hi Obi and Lulupencil.
I want to make this show friendly for long-time fans and newcomers to joshi wrestling.
We will look at the current state of Joshi wrestling
Also, we will take a look at the calendar for upcoming shows in Japan and some of the big matches scheduled and what happened to get us to the matches.
We will share where Joshi performers travelling outside of Japan are wrestling.
We will also take a weekly leap into the crazy thing called the internet to learn more about current and former Joshi performers and make suggestions on matches from years past that you should check out.
In future episodes, we will also speak with some of the Joshi performers themselves, foreigners that have travelled to Japan to perform and media that covers the exciting Joshi world!
