In this episode, I go in-depth in a discussion with social confidence coach Luca Daniel. Luca is a dating coach, talks about the alpha mentality, and helps people (especially men) to greatly increase their ability to be successfully social.
In this post, we talk about all kinds of things… from the alpha mentality, to toxic masculinity, to Luca’s ideas about how men can maintain social strength every day through strong morning routines, and more.
