I’ve mentioned the words mindfulness meditation, so i thought it would be beneficial to explain what it means to me, how it has helped me in my daily living and share with you some of my techniques and daily practices through mindfulness meditation.
Taking 10 -20 minutes of mindfulness meditation and that can make a difference throughout your day. Spending some time to be mindful and aware can create a habit of being more present of what we do, say, or how we react to certain situations.
