Usually when I hear the word courage, I associate this characteristic with a superhero and someone that has no fear. I did a quick search on the web and courage is defined as, "Having the ability to do something that frightens one" So having courage it doesn't mean that you don't fear anything, you actually do! Amidst your fear, you still have the ability to overcome it. I strongly believe courage is one of the most important characteristics that any leader should have if they want to achieve success. I'm sure that some people are born with more courage than others, but I believe it's a skill that can be developed, if we are able to understand it and make an effort to hone it, at every opportunity given.
