I didn’t realise until after recording, that this is my 100th episode! So I’m celebrating my own commitment to showing up weekly to have this ongoing raw conversation with you, and I’m in gratitude to all of you that show up with me, to listen and be a part of the conversation. I do not doubt that we are sitting together in this conversation on an energetic level. Thank you for being here with me. I truly appreciate it.

This episode is a reflection of my own journey these near nine months. It feels fitting that the 100th episode and my checking in and reflecting, is occurring after a kind of natural gestation period of nine months.

I speak about how I’ve shifted my centre of gravity from my head to my heart. From the paradigm of fear and trying to “figure out life” to a paradigm of radical trust, surrender and flow that happens by allowing the heart to lead.

The heart has a magnetic field of 3 feet. The brain has an inch. It becomes clear which is the “power centre” of our being.

Life still happens, we still feel varying emotions and the path continues to sometimes have bumps and turns. This journey travels through changing landscapes. But the difference is how we are along the journey. How we perceive it. What meaning we give it. What we believe and therefore see, along the way.

These are my reflections of the journey from head to heart, from fear to trust, and stepping into the co-creation of a new paradigm and reality as I’ve shifted my centre of focus and dropped into a more harmonious state of being.
