There was a post going around immediately after the assassination attempt on Trump's life that declared that the blood from his ear was significant. The author connected it to the consecrating blood in the Old Testament.

My buddy, Pastor Tim Stone, was a bit upset about this and we talk about it on this podcast.

Probably my shortest podcast yet and maybe the funniest. Definitely was fun to throw myself "under the bus" when it comes to being judgmental about other ministers (who I need to learn and grow from). God is always jabbing at me when it comes to certain things and it can be quite irritating, especially when I like those certain things! Like, judging others. And it can be very difficult to even hear His correction simply because I am fairly confident that my judgment is correct! And, I can find people who agree with me and who will gleefully and confidently point the finger in the same judgment as me. Thankfully, there is no condemnation from God when He points stuff out that I am doing that runs contrary to His heart. Correction is definitely a gift from a Good Father.

The main thing I constantly get about my judgment of others is this..

“I BELIEVE that my judgment of them says something about them BUT it really is saying something loudest about me.”

This is a story that pretty well represents how funny God is in correcting me.

And remember, I have no shame in getting corrected! I am not dismayed when God shows me something simply because, well, He has always known it about me and is just now showing me so I can get some healing in that area.

And yes, healing is needed in areas where we judge because a truly healed up person in their soul has no need to wrongly judge others.

For the next season or so I am recording my podcast with my friend Pastor Tim Stone of Westlake Fellowship in Montgomery, TX.
