The Journey of Realizing Empathy

 

In this show, I invite CEOs into an empathic conversation about a question they don’t have an answer to.

 

I wrote about the power of such conversations in my book, *Realizing Empathy*. Here, I put it into practice with CEOs willing to do something rare: admit what they don’t know and share the process of discovering an answer in real-time.

 

I believe what makes great CEOs great isn’t that they have all the answers.

 

It’s that they have the courage to go on a journey of discovery when they don’t.
