The first part of the two part series on how to ACTUALLY practice! For the first time in our sport, I get in depth with how you really need to set up your practice sessions in order to minimize wasted effort and time and maximize the progress you make! This isn't just an episode where I give you a bunch of practice routines to follow or talk about what I do for practice (although some of that will come in Part 2) -- but instead I talk about how we can use modern day science and our understanding of neuroplasticity to "hack" the way our brain learns and catologues new physical experiences. Special thanks goes to Dr. Andrew Huberman and the Huberman Lab Podcast for being a wealth of knowledge on these types of topics and helping to educate his listeners on a wide variety of valuable information.
