What is the greatest act a “man’s man” can perform?

While Christian parents know what’s at stake, we also know that the culture subtly rubs off on our children. So how can we protect and guard our homes? How can we stay family strong?

In today’s gender-confused culture how can men recapture their God-designed roles and purpose? What does a man, made in God’s image, look like, and how does he act?

Our passage today is an answer to a question ... actually, two questions. So let’s check them out.

Have you just exited the backseat of your car? Just climbed into the light. Just discovered the destination of your sexual sin isn’t where you wanted to be?

One of the things we need to talk to our Father about is spiritual protection. We have an enemy who is out to get us.

Sex in the backseat has you imprisoned, looking at the road behind, as you travel farther and farther from home. It’s taking you for a ride you think you control when you don’t. But there’s someone closing fast. Someone who wants a word. Someone who loves you.

Today’s passage makes it clear that temptation does not come from God. God can neither be tempted nor tempt us. So, what is the source of temptation that strongly influences our lives?

Temptation is real, persuasive, and alluring; otherwise, it wouldn’t be called temptation. But you do not have to cross the line. If you choose to take that step, you do so because you want to, not because you have to.

Christians in every generation have the same temptation—the allure to retreat from the world. From business to education to recreation, there is a desire only to be involved with other believers. One problem ... that was not the intention of Jesus.
