The opportunity is the deficit others lack to see. The clue that you’re on the right path is the fact that you can see it.

Leah shares her journey of becoming a trainer and the challenges she faced along the way. She initially had fears and doubts about being a trainer but eventually overcame them. She started working at the front desk of Equinox to kill time and get a free membership, but her passion for fitness led her to become a trainer. Leah decided to do the 75 Hard challenge to push herself and prove her capabilities. Through this challenge, she learned the importance of persistence and mental fortitude. She believes that clients and trainers fail when they lack the motivation and discipline to push themselves beyond their comfort zones. Leah advises young people and trainers to start working on their goals and dreams now, rather than waiting for the perfect moment.
