In this juicy ep, I chat about the concept of making love to yourself and while it's very much centred around pleasure it's not just about self pleasure 😏😉

For a lot of women, we are naturally turned off, we are naturally rejecting ourselves, our desires to make other people feel better.

While our intention is amazing, we are only hurting ourselves in the midst of it and losing our connection with the most important person in our lives - ourselves.

Make Love to Yourself is a new masterclass that will be live on the 13th February, 5pm AEDT and I would love to see as many of you join.
