-  Doing the work - riding the wave on top, being in charge, gaining momentum, oxygenating the body, clearing, rewriting beliefs systems, and implementing  something new

- Taking responsibility for your life - there are always reasons for the things happening in our life. On some level, the things that are happening are either here to teach us, we are allowing them, or we are perpetuating the stories in our life, otherwise they wouldn’t be happening

- Creating our own beliefs systems - ultimately, we are responsible for our beliefs systems. It is our job, show up - You are responsible for you
