On this episode, Julia and Gino interview Timmy Bauer. Timmy lives in Orlando, Florida. He is the author and illustrator of the 5 star children’s book 'Billy the Dragon' and its upcoming sequel 'The Poisonous Woods'. When not writing, illustrating, or visiting schools, he works for the Walt Disney Company as a puppeteer and actor. He also teaches classes regularly at the Disney University.

Timmy has been writing and illustrating stories since he was ten years old, and it has always been a passion of his. His dream is to make kid’s books that motivate kids to want to read more and to challenge them with bigger words and complex sentences while at the same time maintaining their interest.

On this episode, Julia and Gino interview Rob & Claudia Rowsell. Rob Rowsell has a truly incredible story! Just a few short years ago, in 1999, he was living on the streets—homeless and unemployable. Addicted to crystal meth and crack cocaine, he was living the criminal lifestyle, performing fraudulent schemes, shoplifting and stealing to provide for his drug habit. He had no job, no driver’s license, no car, no place to call home, no credit, two probation officers, and over $60,000 in traffic fines, restitution, and back taxes owed to the IRS.

Claudia has never done drugs, but she lived the homeless lifestyle with Rob because she was addicted to Rob. She was told by many well-meaning friends, her parents, and even Rob’s parents, to run away and don’t look back, because Rob would never change. She believed they were wrong.

At the direction of one of his probation officers, Rob admitted himself into a 30-day drug rehab. By the Grace of God, he has been sober ever since that day!  

In four short years, while still on probation in two separate matters, he got his driver’s license back, paid all fines and restitution he owed, bought their first home, and bought their first business! Today they are now engaged in many businesses and Rob has now dedicated his life to helping other people grow to the next level, and achieve the impossible as well.

Rob Rowsell has authored a book- 'Addicted to Life'! that describes how he went from homeless to extraordinary success and happiness in a short period of time.

On this episode, Julia and Gino interview Frank McKinney. Frank is a true modern-day Renaissance man who has pushed the limits of success in his every endeavor. His early years were not very promising: upon attending his 4th high school in 4 years (he was asked to leave the first 3), he earned his high school diploma with a 1.8 GPA. So, with $50 in his pocket and without the benefit of further education, he left his native Indiana for Florida in search of his life’s highest calling.

Today, Frank’s life is a testament to the power of aspiration to create a completely new reality. As a real estate artist he has created and sold 44 oceanfront mansions on spec, with an average price of $14 million.
