James talks to Gino and Julia doing business the “right way,” and the mindset that is involved. Julia speaks about relationships with significant others and much in the same way that James talks about doing business the “right way” Julia connects that it’s also necessary to empathize with your spouse and put yourself in their shoes. James continues on to explain scaling his business and building his team and speaks to the nuances of finding players that work better as a whole than apart. Julia wraps it up by bringing Gino and James back from real estate talk and focusing on how to deal with work and home life and the necessity of bridging the two together while maintaining sanity and structure.

Once they arrived Ryan and Francesca integrated into Ryan’s real estate business and the two love to work together. Dr. Francesca had exposure to busy professionals that wanted to put their money to work and Ryan’s Cash Flow Capital Club was the answer to their needs. Part of the couple’s magic is that their dynamic works perfectly, Dr. Francesca on-boards the potential clients and when she feels they’re ready to meet with Ryan she makes the introduction. The “Gravy to his Potatoes” as Ryan put it. To make it even better Francesca was Ryan’s target market and the perfect model to base his business around.

Cash Flow Capital Club started with their friends and family. They had no idea what the appetite for it might be, the couple saw multifamily as a gift they could give to people since it has done so much for them. High performing and low risk profiles are the name of their game and they’re always available to investors to answer questions.

Dr. Chapman emphasizes the need to feel love from significant people in our lives, which is incredibly meaningful. Love stimulates love, and the biblical concept of love is not just an emotion, but an attitude and an action. Being in a relationship to enrich the other person’s life is what love is all about.

Dr. Chapman also talks about how many people in American culture nowadays leave a marriage because they are thinking in the short-term, equating love to an emotion. Instead, he encourages people to learn to love using attitude and action. Gino, a businessperson, draws a comparison between this short-term mindset and the long-term mindset in investing principles.

Dr. Chapman also shares his personal experience with the initial trouble in his marriage and what he did to change it. He encourages everyone to ask their significant others what they can do to help and be a better partner.
