Let's finish reviewing the egregious acts of Kimberly Saenz at her time in the Dialysis Clinic.  

We like to think of our nurses and healthcare providers as kind, caring and compassionate humans. Sometimes evil can get through the doors. It's hard to understand why someone would act this way to harm folks, when they are the ones charged to care for and save those very people.

When you or a loved one has surgery, do you ever pay attention to whether or not your surgeon is employed by the hospital? 

If your answer is no, you are like most of us here in the US. When this patient went to have her surgery, she signed a form stating that her surgeon did not work for the hospital. This is what stopped her from recovering the damages (costs) to pay for the surgery to fix the complications.
