How to handle rejection!

We experience rejection almost daily, whether that's someone not responding or directly declining our offers.

It can be easy to feel triggered but we have to remind ourselves, it's not personal, it's feedback.

There's an endless amount of reasons why we're rejected but it's not my job to dissect it and make it personal (about me).

It's my job to lean into that resistance and find out (feedback) if there's something I can improve to serve my prospective clients better.

If you're a driven, forward thinking person like myself it can be easy to get caught up in the dream career that you have if you're not aware. And given the climate of the market, competition, your experience, and what it takes to get to your dream career, you have to ask... Is this realistic right now?

The recent events (over the last year) has caused a lot of hostility. Let's remember to be human.
