The premium cigar industry is a very noble industry where everyone comes together to deliver the finest premium cigars to connoisseurs. This is an industry that loves people and is built by contributions from people all over the world. Our diversity is our strength. We need to do everything in our power to preserve the integrity of the beauty of our industry. God bless all the families that are a part of the industry and all the connoisseurs that allow us to do what we love for a living. Thank you everyone. Happy 100th Podcast Anniversary. Much love to everyone.
Today's show was all about pre-industry tobacco knowledge. We wanted to talk about the work that goes into the 4-5 years prior to a cigar being made at La Aurora Cigars Factory. Mr. Manuel Inoa donated his time and knowledge to educate all of us. We also talked about the 120th Anniversary Cigar in celebration of their commemorative 120 years of being in business. This has been one of the finest educational pieces we have put together. We are honored to share this podcast with you all. Thank you to La Aurora Cigars Factory, the Leon-Jimenez Family and Mr. Inoa for their contributions to the Boutique Cigar World.
Tune in an get to know Ken Doerrbecker, President of KJD Cigars and makers of The Chief Cigars coming out of La Aurora Cigars Factory. For more information please visit the website https://kjdcigars.com/

An amazing freestyle show focused on current topics and evolving into a full blown dialogue on premium cigars, opioids, alcohol, the FDA, and the SBA. The "Arbitrary and Capricious" behavior the FDA has exhibited over the years is unacceptable. They allow over 750,000 people to die from opioid abuse over the past 2 decades through FDA approved drugs, yet they want to raise the false claim that premium cigars are harmful to people, when there is zero proof in any scientific journal on the matter. The Boutique Cigar Association stands firm on the topic that small family owned boutique cigar companies that produce premium cigars are not the problem when it comes to tobacco. All of the member companies combined import less than 3,000,000 cigars a year into the United States. That represents a consumer base of less than 0.0005 % of the U.S. population. Boutique Cigar companies and/or Premium Cigar Companies are not the problem.
Tonight we had a special discussion on S. 916/H.R. 1897 Mothers and Offspring Mortality and Morbidity Awareness Act, or the MOMMA's Act. How will taxes impact the premium cigar industry ? Also, we interviewed the legend Dr. Garo Bouldoukian of Garo Cigars. An absolutely amazing interview. This is why we love what we do. We must highlight those shining stars in the boutique cigar world.
This week we talk about some interesting topics that could affect the premium cigar industry moving forward. Casual conversation always leads to great dialogue. The highlight of our show was a guest visit from Vicarias Cigars. Please tune in and enjoy the show.

This morning the Premium Cigar Association hosted a gathering with Board Members of the Boutique Cigar Association and the Diplomatic Cigar Corps.
