This episode outlines the simple things you need to understand before leaning into LEVERAGING your financial situation.
1. Where to check your credit (Experian.com or MyFico.com)
2. 2 scoring systems: FICO (main) and Vantage
3. 5 points of credit that makes up a score
   - 35%: payment history
   - 30%: utilization
   - 15%: length of credit
   - 10%: diversification
   - 10%: new credit (inquiries)
