On this video I’m sharing about when I attracted my 15k day using quantum healing hypnosis to reprogram my subconscious. I received the information from the Arcturians one day during my meditation, and they basically channeled through an entire training plus quantum healing practice to help people rewrite their energetic signature for money! I believe abundance is our birthright and we deserve to all be provided for and live in overflow, but it’s just those in control who want us trapped in loops and lower consciousness towards money. Hypnosis allows you to create new subconscious beliefs so you act and attract differently - no longer limited to 3D rules or limitations!

On this episode I’m chatting about the 3rd Insight in The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield. This insight is all about the energetic connection between us all. Particle theory helps prove that actually all matter is made up of energy, and in fact particles are actually something like 99.9999… % empty space, and only a TINY part matter. That means that in order to create the density of our physical body, there is actually a TON of un-accounted for “empty space” and energy. We also know that particles of energy can be split and separated and still respond to one another, which means that what is done energetically influences the 3D reality. I’ll discuss how the 3rd insight corresponds with the first 2 insights of the Celestine Prophecy, as well as some of my personal experiences when I first began opening up to the energetic realm.

On this video I’m diving into the 2nd Insight from The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield. It’s all about the history of the last 1000 years, how humans got lost in the confusion between God, science, spirituality, and true purpose. I really love this insight because I love nerding out over WHY people think the way they do, and how programming gets passed down. We take a look at what people believed to be true 1000 years ago, how their paradigm was shattered moving into the middle ages, and the eventual takeover of science and materialism. As long as humanity is preoccupied looking for answers and meaning OUTSIDE of themselves - they’ll be distracted and disconnected from finding access WITHIN. This is a good one 😉

On this episode I’m sharing 3 different mindfulness practices to help with intrusive thoughts and any thoughts of stress, anxiety, overwhelm or negativity. Oftentimes people fall victim to these thoughts and feel like they have no power over them because the thoughts are so strong. But the beautiful thing is you can regain control and begin shifting from negative to positive thoughts, and mindfulness in my opinion is the most beneficial starting spot. Later on you could use tools like hypnosis to deeply reprogram the beliefs - but until you can separate from them and gain a higher, more objective perspective they will feel really strong. These are the exact steps I took to gain control over my crippling anxiety and self-judgmental thoughts, and that have helped so many of my students change their minds and their lives! I hope it can help you do the same!

I feel a bit helpless in terms of actions I can take in the physical to combat what's going on - but I do believe in my power to be a channel of higher perspective, of seeing beyond illusions & media + gov't + elite control, as well as not adding fuel to the fire of fear, hate and division the 1% are currently fanning in attempts to burn it even higher.

Love wins. It's the most powerful thing out there and it's what connects us all to ONE ANOTHER and to GOD. So I decided to sit down and share some thoughts as well as a powerful guided quantum healing meditation where we can send love, healing, protection and miracles to all the innocent souls affected right now. On this episode I’m talking about how I used identity shifting to find and step into my purpose. Over the years I’ve followed many different paths that I thought were my “purpose”… university degree, traveling yoga teacher, working with wildlife, best-selling author, being a coach and entrepreneur… Every single time I used the same inner tools to clear out old noise from my SMALL self to help me align with my HIGHER self. It was the connection to the version of me who already knew her purpose, felt confident in it, and took the aligned action that allowed me to create it! On this episode I’m sharing tools to help you release guilt and shame so you can find the freedom to love yourself. Guilt and shame are two of the heaviest emotions that often stem from receiving conditional love as children. When we were always taught what was “right” and “wrong” and condemned for not measuring up - it’s only natural that self-judgment and perfectionism would be created! The more we try to be “perfect”, the more we set ourselves up for failure and then shame when we don’t match our own expectations. This also blocks manifestation because we’re trapped in such painful emotions or thinking we aren’t good enough for the desire! I’m sharing some of my biggest breakthroughs that allowed me to start to love myself more unconditionally and step into my authentic truth and power! Which is a place where guilt and shame don’t even exist!

On this episode I’m sharing one of the biggest keys to manifestation, reality creation and quantum jumping! Your frequency is the energy you emanate outwards… it’s a combo of your beliefs, actions, habits and identity! Who you are BEING is going to determine what you create… and you can use the tool Burt Goldman refers to as “connecting with a doppleganger in a parallel reality” to tune into the frequency, receive guidance, and then shift how you show up in the physical.
