The Kasanova Podcast

Jalen Askins joins The Kasanova Podcast. The voice actor talks about knowing he wanted to do this since he was a kid imitating Looney Tunes, quitting his day job in 2023 after praying for a sign, getting signed by Atlas Talent Agency, and the credits that followed.

He breaks down roles including Saint Bennu in Genshin Impact, Kyo Sawashiro in Digimon Beatbreak, work in Octopath Traveler Zero, Nikoderiko: The Magical World, Far Cry / World of Tanks, Arena Breakout, Throne & Liberty, and more. He also covers what it actually takes to go full-time, why playing the games matters for auditions, representation, faith, and why most “overnight” success stories took years. If you’re trying to get into voice acting or just want to hear how someone booked big game and anime roles in a short window, this is the episode.Jalen AskinsWebsite: https://www.jalenaskins.comInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/jalensvoices/X: https://x.com/JalensVoicesLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jalen-askins-ba641821aIMDb: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm11898821/#JalenAskins #VoiceActor #TheKasanovaPodcast #GenshinImpact #Digimon #OctopathTraveler #VoiceActing #Anime #Gaming
