In this week's podcast with Zach Mobius, we discussed what are the key things we should focus on as business owners for better customer experience.
It does not matter if you're the most knowledgeable person in your field. If you throw all that information at your audience and ask them to do the work of sorting through it, your business will fail because most people won't be able to do that work.
It's important to do that work for the customer.
The way to get your message across is to remove all the fluff and drill things down to the very basics, the core of what your audience needs to know!

In this episode, Zach and I talked about what to look for in an NFT project as an investor v. what to do if you’re a founder.
As an investor, you could be right about a trend (NFTs are the future), and yet be wrong about the project (XYZ NFT will go to the moon).
Details matter, and it’s difficult to spot the 1% projects that will shine 10 years from now.
VC firms depend on 10% of their investments to cover up for the 90% that they know will likely fail.
They still choose to play that game because it’s worth it to them!
We talk about the 3 traits Founders need to have for a project to succeed long term.
If you’re an investor, you’d want to look for these traits in your investments.
If you’re a founder, you’d need to cultivate these traits, which is a much longer game.

Zach and Keegan go deeper on NFT’s for customer loyalty and earning upgrades to your token.
The second layer could be either lost with inactivity or kept as a permanent record to be used whenever actions take place that are relevant to the NFT.

We can complete the movement... great but as what cost in tissue strain or neurological effort.
Pogo jumps take very little EFFORT but create massive TENSION... but PAIN is the main thing that we need to be aware of...
Starting out with less than 2/5 pain and having that pain decrease throughout an exercise or a training session could be a good indicator that training is moving in the right direction.
