WELP, I made it the whole season without ugly crying, but here we are today. I'm so ready to close out the old chapters of my life and open up this new book of opportunities I have right in front of me.

In my 37 years of exsistence, I have never been on dating apps until recently. I share my...experiences...that I've had so far...

This week I talk about getting myself back into therapy after a 14 month hiatus.

There really isn't a topic for today. It's honestly just a low point in my life that I want to share.

This week, I go into detail about what it looks like if we love ourselves, trust ourselves, and know how to just BE with ourselves.

This week I discuss what mindset shifts this new life is bringing to me on a day to day basis.

This week, I have a special guest, my oldest daughter, Raelynn! She lets me asks her some questions and she actually talks about some emotionally deep stuff. I'm so incredibly proud of her and her consistent bravery to overcome all of her fears in life so far.

This week, I talk about what I want in a future relationship and what that looks like. I'm okay with what I want in my life and I won't settle for anything less than that.

From all the changes in the past two years, there have been so many lessons learned, both good and bad. I've been forced into an introspective period in my life, and I'm not mad about it. Some lessons have been painful. Some have been fun. Some were both. Regardless, I live and learn and come out stronger on the other side.

Today, I talk about my ever evolving life and how I am trying to keep up with the changes while also trying to stay sane.
